Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Swa’ch experience. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
For health, hygiene, and product integrity, opened or used body oils cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.
Fragrance Preference
Fragrance is personal, and scents may smell different from person to person. Because of this, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged based on fragrance preference.
We encourage you to review the fragrance description before selecting your scent.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Policy
Every Swa’ch body oil is handcrafted in small batches and prepared with care. Because our products are handmade, your order may take a little extra time to prepare—but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Processing Time
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be handcrafted, processed, and prepared for shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During new launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping times shown at checkout are in addition to our processing time and begin once your package has been transferred to the carrier.
While we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Shipping Address

We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Damaged Orders

Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance afterward, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

THE FIRST POUR — PRE-ORDER
Welcome to the first Swa’ch Body Oil release. 🤍
Our body oils are handcrafted in small batches with thoughtfully selected ingredients. This first collection is being offered exclusively through a limited pre-order period.
Pre-orders will remain open for 3 weeks.
Once the pre-order period closes, we’ll begin handcrafting your oils based on the orders received. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after the pre-order closes for production and processing before orders begin shipping.
Because each bottle is made in small batches rather than mass-produced, your order may take a little longer to arrive. We believe what goes into your bottle—and the care taken to create it—is worth the wait.
Your purchase during this first release also helps us bring the Swa’ch Body Oil collection to life. We’re incredibly grateful to have you be part of the very beginning.
